If you are viewing my biography, you may be seeking someone you can trust or someone to
confide in to process your life situation. I am a first-generation Chinese American. Prior to the
journey of becoming a therapist, I worked in the hospitality industry for years, transitioned to a
local government job, a stay-at-home mother, then returned school and received a MA in
Marriage and Family Therapy. Looking back on my life, I learned that life is a journey
filled with both joy and trouble; all of us face problems in living. There are times we feel lost,
we suffer hopelessness, and we cannot get through it by ourselves. I believe that therapy is one of the ways to help living life to its fullest. Taste and experience it - it will feel so good to be
listened, accepted, and to know that someone else cares about you and wants to help..
I offer a safe, comfortable, supportive, and judgment-free space where clients may engage in
self-exploration and effectively address their issues.
