If you are using insurance, coverage must be verified before beginning sessions. DCC is In-Network with Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield of CA, MHSA, Magellan, Santa Clara Family Health Plan, Valley Health Plan, Medi-Cal, Victim Witness, Cigna, and Health-Net.  DCC is Out-of-Network with United Behavioral, Optum, and Aetna. Superbills are available for Out of Network claims. We accept limited EAPs.
