Bio:
“Therapy is about understanding the self that you are. But part of getting to know yourself is to unknow yourself—to let go of the limiting stories you’ve told yourself about who you are so that you aren’t trapped by them, so you can live your life and not the story you’ve been telling yourself about your life.” - Lori Gottlieb
It is my passion to help those who want to help themselves. I believe that each one of us wants to live our best lives as our most authentic selves, but many of us do not know where to start. I find that therapy is one of the greatest tools we have been given to access the lost parts of ourselves. It first starts with a compassionate listening ear.
I would be willing help bridge that gap between your current self and your best self. I do this by creating a safe space for you to explore the issues you would like to work on and provide interactive feedback so we can collaborate on ways we can help you become the best version of yourself.
