Clients often enter therapy facing significant life challenges and a feeling of being lost in a dark tunnel. I view therapy as a collaborative process where both the therapist and client work together to navigate these difficult times and discover inner strength.

I employ an integrative approach in my therapy practice, allowing me to meet each client where they are and tailor my methods to their unique healing needs. Coming from an Asian background, I recognize how cultural factors influence our daily lives, and I incorporate cultural awareness into my work to support clients more effectively on their journey.
