Personal Information

A personal perspective on therapy:
Therapy is more than a profession for me—it’s a calling. I believe therapy is a sacred space where emotional, psychological, and spiritual growth intersect. Everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and supported with gentleness and authenticity, especially in their most vulnerable moments.

Approach to Therapy

My therapeutic approach is grounded in presence, compassion, and strong relational collaboration. I draw from evidence-based modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based practices. I also take a strengths-based perspective, supporting clients in building awareness, emotional regulation, and resilience from their own inner resources and lived experiences.

I approach each client holistically, considering the biological, psychological, social, and spiritual factors that shape their experiences. I thoughtfully integrate faith and spirituality into therapy for those seeking Christian counseling, honoring the role it can play in meaning-making, hope, and transformation. I continually expand my clinical tools to deepen my ability to meet clients where they are with curiosity, care, and to serve their unique needs.

Expected Growth/Change from Therapy

I believe therapy is a journey of healing, discovery, and empowerment. Clients can expect to develop deeper self-understanding, gain practical coping strategies, and move toward greater emotional and spiritual wholeness.

Area of Focus

I work with young adults and adults navigating a range of emotional, relational, and spiritual challenges. My areas of focus include grief and loss, trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, and career counseling. I am also passionate about supporting women through the unique challenges they face, including identity development, faith integration, and personal empowerment. I offer individual, couples, and family therapy.
