Roger Malech

Roger has a rich background in conflict resolution and relational issues. For the past 20 years, he has worked alongside many who struggle with addiction. In this role, Roger has developed deep empathy for those whose lives seem out of control due to addictions and other reasons.

He also works with couples, helping them relate and communicate better, always with the goal of a healthy and vibrant relationship

Area of Focus

• Roger is trained in internal family systems therapy and has found this modality to be extremely effective for those dealing with anxiety, depression, and trauma.
