Bio:
Therapy can offer a pause from the pressures of everyday life—a place to reflect, understand yourself more deeply, and feel supported without judgment. Many people arrive carrying responsibilities, expectations, or emotions that have been held inside for a long time. In our work together, space is created to slow down, gain clarity, and reconnect with what truly matters.
My approach is relational, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity. I help clients notice patterns in thoughts, emotions, and relationships that may contribute to stress, disconnection, or feeling stuck. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we explore the larger context of your experiences and develop practical ways to respond differently in daily life. I take a holistic view, considering personal history, family dynamics, culture, and values. If faith and spirituality are important, they can be gently integrated in a respectful and supportive way.
A free 15-minute consultation is available to explore goals and see if it feels like a good fit.
