" The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change. " - Carl R. Rodgers
Therapy can be really tough to navigate, as we all have our own stories of joy and hurt, and we all react to them rather differently to say the least. Toughness aside, therapy offers an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, express your feelings without fear of judgement, and make significant strides toward genuine growth and transformation. My approach is rooted in Carl Rodgers' person-centered philosophy, which means I see you as the expert of your life. We all have the capacity to grow, even in hard times. I'm not necessarily here to give you answers, but to offer you support, empathy, and a space where you feel truly heard as you find your own way, however long it takes.
