I am a Marriage and Family Therapy trainee currently pursuing my M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, MFT emphasis at Colorado Christian University. I work with clients of all ages and draw from attachment theory, family systems, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to guide my clinical work.
My goal is to create a safe and compassionate therapeutic space where clients can explore family-of-origin dynamics, better understand themselves, and move toward meaningful change in their relational patterns.
Outside the therapy room, I’ve been married for 18 years and am a mom to three children, some of whom I homeschool and some in public, so I am familiar with both worlds. My personal and professional life is deeply informed by my Christian faith, and I gently welcome spiritual exploration into the counseling process when desired by the client.
