"Life is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're gonna get" (Forrest Gump, 1994). You may be stuck with bad-tasting chocolate in a place full of challenges, pain, anxiety, depression, grief, or isolation. I believe transformation and healing occur by cultivating a safe space and a trusting relationship. In our interactions, you can explore yourself in a safe space and experience acceptance and positive regard - a good taste of chocolate.

I am a first-generation immigrant from Hong Kong, so I understand the struggle and the beauty of a multicultural setting. I am trilingual, fluent in English and Cantonese, and good at Mandarin.

My journey of being a teacher, counselor, and full-time mother has filled me with a lot of passion for children, teenagers, parents, and individuals with emotional and mental challenges. My play therapy background helps me to effectively help children and teenagers. Whether you are facing relational issues or individual struggles, it is my privilege to walk with you.
