Personal Information

I have worked with several populations, including children, adults and families navigating through problems related to relationships, communication, self-esteem, anger, depression, anxiety and feelings of helplessness. I provide an opportunity and a safe place to discuss strategies to help individuals and families cope with and overcome what feels like insurmountable obstacles. I bring a caring and professional approach to counseling with a strong desire to help clients work toward healing and personal growth.
