Life is a journey, to evolve and grow is inherent in us, but how we do it is what shapes the trajectory of our lives and the depth of our relationships. Taking ownership of one’s own narrative is an important component that sometimes we can forget, and I believe that therapy can be an effective way of intersecting one’s existing narrative and a way to process and navigate the internal struggle that might be paralyzing and/or unempowering for us.
Therapy is a sacred journey that I hope to be able to take with you or your child in an environment of safety and trust. I am currently a graduate student pursuing my Master’s in Psychology at Santa Clara University. By helping you recognize and build your own resilience and by adopting a strengths-focused perspective, I hope to walk alongside you as you identify your own internal strengths and inherent resources that can enable you to lead a more fulfilling life.
