Bio:

When anxiety, depression, or relationship conflict keeps repeating, it usually isn’t “random.” It’s often the result of patterns you learned early, survival strategies that once helped, but now create stress, disconnection, or shame. I help adults, teens, couples, and families identify what’s driving the pattern and build change that shows up in real life.

Many of the people I work with grew up in emotionally intense homes, or learned early to stay guarded, overperform, shut down, or carry more than they should have. In adulthood, that can look like overthinking, irritability, people-pleasing, difficulty trusting, relationship conflict, or feeling stuck in the same emotional loops.

My approach is steady, direct, and compassionate. Sessions are not just “talking about problems.” We clarify what’s happening, reduce emotional overwhelm, and build practical tools for communication, self-control, and self-respect. As therapy progresses, clients often report feeling calmer, more confident, and more connected, with fewer shame spirals and more ability to respond instead of react.

I work especially well with men and woman who are new to therapy and want a grounded, straightforward space to learn emotional skills without feeling judged or analyzed.
