Heidi Castro

There are times in our lives where we experience challenges and struggles and need additional support.  I am here to walk alongside you and provide a warm, nurturing, and safe space to aid in healing and growth. We will work together in a collaborative manner with an emphasis on compassion and trust. I also draw on different clinical theories and techniques depending on your specific needs. It is an honor for me to join you in your time of need.

I work with children, adolescents, adults, and couples.  I focus on anxiety, depression, relationships, life transitions, grief, premarital counseling, and codependency.

I am currently working toward my Master’s Degree in Counseling at Western Seminary.  I was born and raised in San Jose. I have been married for 23 years and I have one adult son. I love traveling, hiking, spending time with family and friends, playing board games, and spending time at the beach.

I am a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT).
