I am passionate about supporting, equipping, and empowering hurting or discouraged people on their journey- moving from simply surviving pain and struggle into learning, healing, courageous choices, and renewal. I work with individuals, couples, family, and groups.

I intentionally create a safe, warm, respectful space to help clients process their story and explore their strengths. I see therapy as a collaborative, intentional process where the therapist and client together cultivate what's most important to the client. Sometimes therapy is aimed toward deepening one's understanding, creating healthier relationships or positive changes, reducing emotional pain, and/or living with more intention. I have a special interest in the creative process, dreams, and faith/spirituality along with the following:

Areas of Focus

  • Trauma/Traumatic Experiences (from childhood trauma and abuse through recent traumatic experiences and PTSD)

  • Depression and Anxiety

  • Chronic Pain

  • Women's Issues

Membership Affiliations

  • California Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (CAMFT)

Additional Training

  • I have training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, EMDR, and Art in Therapy.

  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist #128911

I attended University of Northwestern- Saint Paul and earned a B.A. in English (emphasis in Creative Writing) as well as additional specialization in Psychology and Criminal Justice. I graduated with a Master of Art in Marital and Family Therapy from Western Seminary in 2017. I enjoy reading, writing, art, volunteering, and spending time with loved ones.
