I am passionate about supporting, equipping, and empowering hurting or discouraged people on their journey- moving from simply surviving pain and struggle into learning, healing, courageous choices, and renewal. I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups.

In an environment that is safe, warm, and respectful, I hope to help clients process their story and explore their strengths. I believe therapy is a collaborative, intentional process where therapist and client together cultivate what is most important to the client. Sometimes therapy aims toward greater understanding, healthier relationships, positive changes, reducing emotional pain, and/or intentional living. I have a special interest in the creative process, dreams, and faith/spirituality along with the following:

Areas of Focus

  • Trauma/Traumatic Experiences (from childhood trauma and abuse through recent traumatic experiences and PTSD)

  • Depression & Anxiety

  • Chronic Pain

  • Women's Issues.

Additional Training

  • I have training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, EMDR, and Art in Therapy.

  • Licensed  Marriage and Family Therapist #128911

I attended University of Northwestern- Saint Paul and earned a B.A. in English (emphasis in Creative Writing) as well as additional specialization in Psychology and Criminal Justice. I graduated with a Master of Art in Marital and Family Therapy from Western Seminary in 2017. I enjoy reading, writing, art, volunteering, and spending time with loved ones.
