“We don’t have to do all of it alone. We were never meant to.” – Brené Brown
I believe therapy is a space for healing, empowerment, and honest self-discovery. My
approach is warm, direct, and collaborative—rooted in trauma-informed care, cultural
humility, and deep respect for each person’s lived experience. I believe in meeting clients
where they are, walking alongside them as they navigate challenges, and creating space for
them to feel seen, heard, and valued.
I work with children, adolescents, and families navigating anxiety, trauma, self-esteem
issues, and life transitions. Whether we’re exploring emotional wounds, breaking
generational cycles, or building new coping strategies, I aim to foster a safe and affirming
environment. I believe in the power of trust, resilience, and connection—and my goal is to
support clients in uncovering the tools they need for growth, healing, and long-term change.
