My opportunities in the Pre-K and Jr. K classroom fulfilled my childhood dream of becoming a teacher. I have seen family dynamics shift due to the current climate of work, family, and individual demands. Here is where I committed to transitioning out of the classroom to pursue a License in Marriage & Family Therapy at Palo Alto University.
The intention of my practice is to be with you as we navigate and explore your life story. All clients come into this safe space with a unique background. In a collaborative manner, I hope to create a complementary approach specific to you. This may look like an integrative style utilizing mindfulness, strength-based, and person-centered approaches, but flexibility is key, and we can go beyond to fit your needs and goals. I am an open-minded individual who is welcoming and sensitive to all walks of life. With our time together, I hope to guide you to a place where you feel more aligned with yourself.
