Young Man with Tablet

As a young adult in high school, college, or early career, life can be stressful. Anxiety, overwhelm, family changes, life transitions, grief, and this pandemic can create obstacles and uncertainty. I am here to help you sort out your situation and find solutions that work for you.

I provide empathetic and goal-oriented therapy tailored to your needs and focused on your strengths. I am encouraging, honest, and open, so you’ll feel heard, cared for, and respected. I love helping people get unstuck, connect with themselves, communicate with others, and move forward in their lives. My experience as a teacher and student in various states and countries has influenced my approach as a therapist.

Together, we’ll face your challenges and start creating positive changes. You will gain personal insights and practical skills. With kindness and clarity, I’ll help you take concrete steps with confidence, so you can create an authentic and satisfying life.
