I believe that psychotherapy can be a delicate, complex, and powerful process by which individuals may look within and explore deeper layers of themselves.

My approach to therapy is best described as integrative psychotherapy.  Rather than viewing all people through a specific theory, my goal is to understand each person's unique experience as holistically as possible.  My work is greatly influenced by humanistic psychology, existential philosophy, attachment theory, mindfulness, and Christian spirituality.   Through therapy, one can expect an increased awareness of one's life, including a better understanding of one's cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and interpersonal patterns.

Christian's are of focus include: Existential, humanistic, attachment, mindfulness, and Christian spirituality.  Christian holds a Master's Degree specialization in Depth and Transpersonal Psychotherapy.

Christian will graduate from John F. Kennedy University with his Master's in Marriage and Family Counseling in August, 2021.
