Have you ever thought that there is nothing to worry about?
Throughout my years of serving at my community or outside, I have noticed people worried too much about things that they can’t control. It is important and essential for human beings to let go of things and send them free so they can feel in peace themselves. Counseling should be a place where clients can come and share anything that is in their heart and mind without being judged. Clients will learn and apply tools, skills, and resources that will guide them through their journey, a “healthier journey." I have worked with a variety of clients struggling with depression, grief & loss, trauma, adjusting to different places or people, and anxiety (because they worry too much of the past/future). Clients then are stuck in these stages which are preventing them to move forward in life. My role as a therapist is to help and guide clients while they find their way out by themselves.
