Trudy has a rich background as a teacher for preschool through high school age children. In this role she developed a deep empathy for children struggling with ADHD and other educational challenges. Trudy also enjoys working with college students to help them deal with the stress of adjusting to college life. She has a passion for premarital therapy and has training with Prepare-Enrich, Gottman and other pre-marital and marital therapy modalities.
Trudy has been married almost 20 years, has a daughter in college and a son in high school. She enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, biking and walking the family dog.
