Roger has a rich background in conflict resolution and relational issues. For the past 16 years, he has worked alongside many who struggle with addiction. In this role, Roger has developed deep empathy for those whose lives seem out of control due to addictions and other reasons.
He also has worked with couples helping them relate and communicate better, always with the goal of a healthy and vibrant relationship.
Roger also relates well to adolescents and teenagers and has experience helping them deal with the stress and anxiety of life.
Roger has been married for 26 years and has 4 adult children. He enjoys spending time with his family, sports, reading, and being with friends.
